Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering

The Electronics & Communication Engineering department is presently well equipped as per the VTU & AICTE standards with well established infrastructure apart from the regular activities the department is facilitating the students with technological state of the art at par with the industrial needs. The department has conducted various co-curricular short term training programs to equipped the students with hands on skill at par with the needs of the industries. 

The programs like Embedded System Design, VLSI design & application, computer networking, computer programming and many more are conducted in collaboration with identified organizations. We wish our students to be competent and also confident to face the interview at this stage. The department has organized various co-curricular programs such as Expert lecture, Technical Paper presentation, industrial visit, group discussion, technical quiz, Extempore, the department has organized various co-curricular programs supported by the association like E-Tricks and CE cell. Tthe students are motivated to actively participate in designing of working project model based on the industrial requirement.

ANALOG ELECTRONICS LAB & POWER ELECTRONICS LAB

Objectives: - 

The lab is mainly designed to introduce semiconductors device & analog system design using semiconductor device. With the knowledge of the device students will be able to develop application oriented circuits, construct & test for its performance the major experiments includes designing, construction and testing of electronic circuits like receivers, amplifiers & oscillators.

Further students are trained in designing and testing of industrial controls system in power electronics lab. The major experiments include implementation of choppers, inverters, Control circuits for motor controls
